Orders shipped within the state of Michigan will be charged a sales tax of 6.0%.
We are pleased to offer free domestic ground shipping on all orders over $100. Please note that the shipping method is at our discretion, USPS first class, USPS priority, or FedEx ground.
All orders are shipped via the USPS or FedEx. Both options are available during our checkout process. Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday thru Friday are shipped the same day. Shipping times vary depending on shipping method used and specific delivery times are not guaranteed. Overnight shipping on Fridays does not guarantee a Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost by request only.
USPS 1st class shipments may take between 5 and 7 days to arrive depending on the destination.
Tracking numbers are provided in your order confirmation email, and are available in your order history by logging into your account. Please use Fedex.com or usps.com to track your package.
Special requests for delivery instructions must be put in order comments prior to completing the order process. Signature confirmation is available upon request.
If you have provided the wrong address, an incomplete address, or did not pick up your package and your order has been returned back to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order to you. Please make sure that the information you provide during checkout is correct. Please contact us immediately if you have made an error. Experience RC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are happy to offer shipping outside of the United States. For certain countries or large value overseas transactions we may request additional proof of identity by supplying a photocopy of your photo ID and the front and back of the credit card used. We do not ship to the following countries due to the high rates of fraud, Indonesia, Nigeria, Turkey, Romania, Malaysia or Singapore.
Shipping times are estimated in business days, and do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping times are approximate and subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Longer delivery timeframes are applicable for shipping outside of the continental United States. We offer international shipping to many countries. All orders over $100 must be shipped using Express Mail (EMS) or another express shipping method. Priority mail will not be an option. We will contact you if you have an order over $100 and have accidentally chosen the priority mail option. If we do not hear back from you within 3 days, your order will be cancelled. If you place an order for $100 or less and specify USPS priority mail international, you agree that it could take up to 45 days for your package to arrive. This service is not insured and tracking is not available once the package has left the United States. Please be sure that you are willing to take that risk. We do not and will not ship 1st Class International. There are no guarantees on delivery time frames on international orders. Experience RC, LLC will be not be responsible for delays in customs, customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees. If a package is returned as undeliverable or refused by the customer through no fault of ours, the customer will bear the full cost of shipping, and no refunds will be given on the order.
Please fill out the return form below and include a copy of the return form confirmation email with the item. Items returned without having filled out a return form may be subject to a delay in processing. Please note that processing of returns may take up to 5 business days. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Insurance or delivery confirmation is recommended. Experience RC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
INCORRECT, MISSING ITEMS, OR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
Should you receive goods that do not correspond with the description of the ordered goods then you should contact Customer Services at 1 (734) 292 0842 or email@example.com within 3 working days of receiving the order. Items damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 24hrs. Please contact us immediately and save all damaged packaging. Pictures of damaged contents and packaging are required.

If items are deemed faulty, and are within the warranty period, please complete the below return form and include it with your return. Please note that we are not able to accept returns for all manufacturers, as some need to go through the manufacturer directly. Please contact us for further information.
UNWANTED OR INCOMPATIBLE
Unwanted merchandise is to be returned in new condition only with all original packaging, and all applicable manuals/materials within 10 days. Used items may not be returned. Items not returned in an acceptable condition will be returned at the senders expense. Please fill out the below return form which will ensure quick and efficient processing of your refund or exchange. Please write the reference number on the outside of the shipping box or on a separate label, not on the actual product packaging. Please include a copy of the confirmation email with your return. Failure to obtain a return authorization could delay your refund/exchange/credit. Items returned for store credit within the prescribed time period will not be subject to a restocking fee. Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Experience RC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or loss from the use or misuse of any of our products. Radio control vehicles (products) are not toys and must be treated with respect.
